What is ActionReflection?
If you work in a challenging environment it can often be hard to make time to think about how you can grow and learn and make more of an impact in what you do.
ActionReflection is based on the principle of Non-Managerial Supervision (NMS) and aimed at giving you the time, space and tools through a number of services to help you keep your head above water, to flourish as human being and get better at what you do

Non-Managerial Supervision (NMS) is not counselling, or therapy, or spiritual direction, but it is targeted at your personal growth and development, particularly in the context of your work and mission.
NMS can be delivered through a number of services and can be useful for those working in small organisations, larger companies and for volunteers.
Who, Why & Where?
The project has been set up after founder Simon Hall did research into Christians in Leeds who were active in their local communities.
It became clear that while most of the people interviewed expressed a need for support in making this connection between the public and private a reality, they rarely knew how to find support in doing that.
The project began in 2011 in Leeds with help from the Leeds Christian Community Trust, a registerd charity - find out more about the vital work they do here.
While founded on Christian values and offering specific services for Christians, ActionReflection also offers non-managerial supervision, consultancy and training across the third sector.
